UDI COMPLIANT MARKING

The EU Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR 2017/745) and FDA 21 CFR Part 830 require Unique Device Identification (UDI) marking on medical devices. We produce permanent, scannable Data Matrix codes to meet these requirements — on all device classes.

STAINLESS STEEL

316L surgical grade, 17-4 PH, 440C. High contrast marking that survives repeated autoclave cycles without degradation.

TITANIUM

Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) and Grade 23 (ELI) for implants. Colour marking available. Marks are permanent and biocompatible.

PEEK

High-performance polymer used in implants and surgical guides. Laser marking produces sharp, readable codes without affecting material integrity.

MEDICAL PLASTICS

ABS, polycarbonate, polysulfone, PMMA. Marking for device housings, trays, packaging and single-use instruments.

COBALT-CHROME

For orthopaedic implants and dental components. Precise, legible marking on this hard material with no thermal damage.
